DEPARTMENT LIBRARY
Established in the year 2000 with an initial collection of 213 books, the Mathematics Department Library has now grown to house 400 books. The collection includes subject-oriented mathematics books, competitive examination guides, and various reference materials. Students make regular use of the library to strengthen their reading, communication, and academic skills.

- Our department KAPPA Association and Ramanujan Club celebrated PI day celebration on 14.03.2025. The resource person was Mrs.K.Sulochana, Guest lecture, Government Arts & Science college, Modakkurichi.
- Our department KAPPA Association and Ramanujan Club organized Guest lecture programme on 13.02.2025. Resource person was Mr.R.Sundhar Raj, Block Education Officer, Kangeyam.
- KAPPA Association and Ramanujan Club organized a Guest lecture program on 29.01.2025. The resourse person was Mrs.S.Dhavamani, Assistant Professor of Mathematics, KSR College of Engineering, Tiruchengode.
- Our department KAPPA Association and Ramanujan Club organized Guest lecture programme on 18.10.2024. The chief guest was Dr.S.Nagarajan, Associate Professor of Mathematics, Kongu Arts and Science College, Erode.
- Department of Mathematics organized Workshop for UG & PG students was held on 31.08.2023. The Resource Person was DR.P.SENTHILKUMAR, Assistant Professor in Mathematics, Govt. Arts and Science College, Kangeyam.
- On 11.03.2023, KAPPA Association organised one day workshop on “Speed Maths”. Mr.Thanagavelraj was the resource person.
- We conducted Guest Lecture programme on “Infinity” on 24.02.2023. The Resource Person was Dr.D.Jayanthi, Asst. Prof.(SS), Avinashilingam Deemed University, Coimbatore.
- Mr.V.SEENIVASAN, Assistant Professor Govt Arts College, Kangeyam delivered the lecture on the topic “YOGA FOR HUMAN LIFE” on 29/11/2022.
- We organized Two Days National Workshop on MATLAB held from 21.09.2022 to 22.09.2022. Mr. M. Karthick and Mr. A. Riyazudeen were the Resource persons of the workshop.
- Dr.V.Choudri, Assistant Professor, Department of Mathematics, Kongu Engineering College, Perundurai, gave lecture about “Speed Mathematics” for all UG students.
- The Resource Person was Dr.U.S.Ragupathy, Professor and Head, Dept of EIE, Kongu Engineering College, Perundurai, delivered a lecture on “Image Processing using Matlab” for all PG students on 08.02.2021.
- The Resource Person RTN.JASON PRESLEY RAJ, Professor and Motivator, taught about “How to Enhance Yourself to Make a Career with Maths” on 02.02.2021.
- On 04.01.2021, the Resource Person Mr.R.Vimal Kumar, Assistant Professor, Dept of Maths with CA, Nehru Arts and Science College, Coimbatore, had given lecture on “Group Theory” for all UG students.
